Kragseth has been the CEO of Petoro since 2021. From 2018 to 2021 she was the CEO of Vår Energi, a Norwegian oil and gas company created in 2018 through the merger of ENI Norway and PointResources. She then came from the position as Vice President Production in PointResorces. Previously, she has been 25 years in various management positions in ExxonMobil.
Kragseth’s extensive experience from offshore oil and gas operations and projects, includes advanced competence within strategy, risk management, public policy and government affairs, mergers and acquisitions, climate change, and workers’ and human rights.
